These terms cover your use of mayolandscapedesign.com. By using the site, you agree to them. They do not cover any design or construction work, which is agreed separately in writing.

What this site is for

The site describes our residential landscape design and build work and lets you send us a request for a consultation. What it says about our services is general information, not an offer. We keep it accurate, but services and details can change.

Requests are not contracts

Sending a request through the form, by phone or by email does not create an agreement and does not reserve a date. Any design or build work is set out in a written proposal, and only what we both agree in writing applies to that project.

Photos and content

The text, photos, video, drawings and design of this site belong to Mayo Landscape and Design or are used with permission. You may view and share links to the site, but you may not copy, reuse or republish its photos or content without our written permission.

The reviews section shows public reviews from our Google Business Profile. Each review belongs to the person who wrote it.

Using the site

Please do not use the site to send false or misleading requests, spam, or anything unlawful, and do not try to disrupt the site, get around its security, or collect data from it with automated tools.

Other companies' services

Parts of the site are provided by other companies: the request form by Jobber, the reviews by Elfsight, and typefaces by Google Fonts. Links to other websites are provided for convenience. Those services and sites run under their own terms, which we do not control.

Text messages

If you give us a phone number on the request form, the form explains which messages you agree to receive. Reply STOP to stop our text messages, or STOP MKT to stop marketing texts only.

No guarantees about the site

The site is provided as it is. We do not promise that it will always be available or free of errors. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss or damage arising from your use of the site. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under Massachusetts or federal law that cannot be limited.
